Visiting post for Autor

Because someone took a twenty foot tumble off a flying carpet, Autor has been in overnight for head injury observation.

Feel free to come pester him when he wakes up. Or draw on his face while he sleeps, whatever works.

Autor nods rapidly. "And I wouldn't want to overwhelm Mis--um, someone," the boy says, ducking. He glances up, still shy. "You're right. It's better to be friends first, because if you're not... passionate about each other anymore, what else do you have."

"You got to remember, love and sex, they're not the same thing." Bonnie says. "You can have sex without love, and that's fine. You can have love without sex, that's fine too. Lot of people in love enjoy sex, but there's got ter be more."

He does blush at that, and rests a hand on his burning cheek. "That's... something that's new to me. And hard to accept. But I can see how it would work, theoretically. I wasn't even thinking of, um, that aspect of it."

He wonders if he'll ever start thinking on it--or thinking on it without shame, anyway, and for himself. The boy clears his throat. "T-Thank you, Bonnie. Your answers make sense to me."

"Yer welcome."

Bonnie nods. "One day you may want ter think about sex. But you don't need to rush that if you ain't ready."

Autor smiles a little. "When I do, I'll have a decent knowledge of contraceptives, also thanks to you."

"You know you can ask me anything, right?"

Autor brightens a little at that, squeezing her fingers again. "Yup! That's why I asked you this. Thank you, Bonnie. Thank you so much."

She smiles a little.

"Any time. Want me to stay fer a bit or let you get some sleep?"

"I think I'll be all right, now," Autor says, inclining his head. "I might sleep, or head out, provided I can be discharged. Please take care of yourself, and I hope to catch you after I've mended."

"Will do, let me know if you need me. And good luck with yer lady."

Now she leaves him to it, giving him a wink.
