Guppy and Hannibal spent a fair amount of time working on Sunshine yesterday, and she is currently resting in one of the beds.

She could probably do with some gentle company.

Sunshine hears his voice, faintly, as she drifts in the space between dreaming and awake. Turning her head, she gazes at the faerie king, her friend. Rae's smile is drowsily wry, but true, as she offers him her hand.

She stirred up trouble, Finvarra, knowing full well that's what she was doing and that's what she would get.

He watches her and breaks a little smile, taking her hand and cupping it in his. "Pretty lass. Rest and I shall watch over you," he says. "I must say ye've a penchant for the grandiose."

There's a faint breath of a laugh, but only a faint one. Her ribs won't allow for much more of a workout, even with the lovely painkillers she's on.

"...oh, you know what they say - 'go big or go home,'" Rae murmurs, giving his hand a light squeeze. She went big. And, though she's stuck in an infirmary room bed for now, technically she won.

He draws a hand over her hair with a quiet sort of smile. "Did you win?"

Her eyelids flutter closed with a sigh and a slight smile at the touch. "Yeah. I did."

"But... I haven't really gone home yet. Milliways showed up in the aftermath."
