Morning in the House of Medicine

Hank sits in the Infirmary office with the door open to the rest of the Infirmary. His ears are alert and his mind is there, even as he reads a new medical paper on the applications of super-physics to normal medical situations.

His computer, in front of him, is tied into the monitors in the Infirmary. Currently only two are activated, those for Guppy Sandhu and Meg Giry. His eyes stray up to them every now and then, and then back to his paper.

His thoughts stick with his patients, however, more often than not. He chuckles at how easily the possessive has come to his mind and to his heart as he has settled into working here in this Infirmary. He has come to care about those who live in this community, a community he has taken to heart and to mind and made his own. He has made his mistakes, and screwed up with the best, and worst, of them. Now he is doing what he does best. To quote another Saga that never ends: Making a fighting chance for life out of death.

And so he is there in the Infirmary this morning, as so many other mornings, watching, reading, being.
