placeholder for Infirmary stuff
The Infirmary is quiet, save for soft humming and beeps. A few beds are surrounded by their privacy curtains, but the occupants are either asleep or not making a sound.
At the back of the Infirmary, several machines hum along on their tasks, set to solve puzzles and locked under strictest controls.
In the Office, a computer system hums and file cabinets and bookshelves occupy every wall with records and reference volumes.

The gentle, if cold touch of the Targ looks like little more than a small oval being placed on the man's skin, but the heat it sends into his body as part of the healing process probably evokes a louder reaction. it is hot, but not burning, nor even steaming, just hot.
Then it is done and he is using a small wrap to imobilize the ankle.
"There we go. All done. Try not to walk on it very much, but whatever you do, dont take that imobilizer off."

He takes a rather quick intake of breath at the metal thingy, but bites his lip. "Erk." He smiles, though, a bit of a shaky smile. "Thanks, Hank. I really do appreciate it. It's, um, really good to have someone who can patch up idiots when they're taken over by something from one of their favourite authors." He facepalms.

...Wait a minute. "...Mark? You been eating that much, last week and a half or so? Don't remember seeing you with food all that often, just all that paperwork."

"I am glad I was around to help. Now, you need to go east and drink, normal servings. Dont overeat or overdrink."
He smiles.
"In no time, you will be a-okay. Oh and these are for you."
he hands over a pair of crutches

He eyes the crutches for a moment and laughs. "Thanks. I, er, should probably get used to them."
Now, he can go get his camera, damnit.

"Aesclepius could get you something to eat and drink."
He waves at a wait rat passing by who wears white gloves and a little red Medical cross.

... ew, Mark.

"And thank you," he says to Hank. "For... a good deal of stuff, the last few days."

"I was just doing what I do, trying to help. Do you want to eat out here or in the main area? I can help you out if you would rather eat out there?"
Hank smiles as Aesclepius comes back with the food. and a very tall glass of water.

"I'll just finish this and then lie down for a bit of a nap." More like sleeping all night.

In here, or in the main bar, it doesn't make much difference.

"Then I will see you both later. Take care."

"Thanks again, Hank." Mark turns his attention to his soup, finishing it off straight away, and before he can say much of anything else, he's lying down and asleep.
