Infirmary, in a space sheltered from the sun. A beautiful east european woman, long black hair, ivory pale skin.
Seemingly dead.
Come poke at her and find out.

"I'm so sorry." se stares down at the woman, her friend. Years falling.

The numerous small wounds she had when they arrived back, are gone; that is probably a positive sign, that her vampiric healing abilities are working in autopilot.
But otherwise... there is no reaction from her.

"What can I do?"

At least here, the vampire has a chance.

He's met her once, possibly twice before, so he knows who she is, even without the hood. He also knows from Amanda that she's a vampire, so the cold skin is not too surprising. He gently takes her hand.
"Serena, can you hear me?"

"Christ, what happened to you..."
He's looking around for blankets, something to help. Last time he saw anyone this bad off...he blinks, looking more worried by the minute.
"Serena, come on, give me something..."

Her skin is a bit stretched over her facial bones, making Serena look older, tired and drained.

"God you're cold."
He lets out a breath and glances around the room. There has to be something somewhere...

"I hope where-ever you are, you are okay."
His words are quiet as he stands by her bed.

"Where ever you are you better get back fast. This doesnt look good, even for a vampire. I dont want to lose a possible friend and a patient, and I would rather you not go out of this world. Everyone has a chance to do soemthign in their lives, a lot of something. Whereever and what ever you are doing now, you are needed here."

"Whatever energy heals you... I wonder if it can be used to feedback and find your mentality?"
He muses about it as he pounches in figures and equations on the monitor.
