After this, Guppy is in one of the beds near the infirmary office.

He's mainly slipping in and out of consciousness at the moment. The stuff he rammed into his thigh to stop Kate taking his mind is taking a while to wear off, but the pain and anxiety are still pretty intense.

Right now, everything just hurts. Particularly the part about his plan being shit and not really helping Kate at all.
